One of my favourite hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Ken the owner is super nice and has made the place extremely comfortable for guests. Free laundry, free towels, free bottle of water each day and many other luxuries are available. Everything is clean and the rooms, kitchen and lounge are all great. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood but still has all the conveniences of shops and restaurants and is easily accessible by train to and from anywhere you want to go.

Located in Fujiidera and with Shibagaki Shrine reachable within 3.8 km, ゲストハウス庵（いおり）大阪 provides a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace.

The owner is lovely and really welcoming, gave me a lot of recommendations and helped me. Really nice and interesting conversations. The accomodation is clean and comfy, the location is pretty quiet and not so far from the center. It was just perfect. ありがとございました !

My stay was great! The room has its own fridge, water dispenser (hot and cold), foldable table, mugs, coffee, tea, lockers (for your valuables), towels, trash bins, hair dryer and heater.. Kenji was real helpful and everything was kept orderly and clean :) he has a washing machine (u have to pay 200 yen for the washer and 100 for the dryer, there were soap pods available to use). Hot and cold showers were working fine too! I did not expect to have the room all to myself, the 3 bunks were unoccupied 🥹 the location was just a few min walk from Uji River, so there were harmless insects but nothing to worry about. Its walking distance from everything Uji Matcha as well 💚 i enjoyed my stay here so much :)

I liked the position of the hostel,perfect for going everywhere around Nara,the staff is very friendly and welcoming ,I spent a good time at Hilo Hostel .Everywhere in the hotel is very clean and and you can have coffee and tea at breakfast .I recommend Hilo Hostel!

First of all, the staff are really friendly! The 4-bed dorm had plenty of space and the bed was really comfortable! The kitchen space where I can drink tea or coffee is nice, and there are various books in the living room, which was helpful. It rained a lot in Nara when I stayed. I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of an old Japanese house listening to the sound of rain at night in the courtyard. It is also close to the train station and bus stop in Nara. I would love to stay again if I go to Nara!

Kohaku is set in Nara, within 19 km of Iwafune Shrine and 22 km of Higashiosaka Hanazono Rugby Stadium. The 1-star hostel has air-conditioned rooms with a shared bathroom and free WiFi.

Location was great and it was nice and clean. Basic facilities.

Just 200 metres from Nara Park, Nara Backpackers offers affordable accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The traditional, 100 year-old house includes a modern free-use kitchen with microwave.

Loved this place ! I would reccomend booking a room, its so great to have your own little space with no roomies. Everything is freshly renovated and clean. I slept like a baby after a whole day at Nara park ☺️ Also great that you can leave your luggage after checking out, I liked being able to explore some more before heading back to Osaka. The common room are beautifully decorated and staff was kind. Would reccomend anyday ! Also, the first time I booked I had problems with my credit card and couldnt go to Nara, they issued a full refund without hesitation. Thank you again. 11/10
