Best breakfast in Morocco, absolutely delicious with fresh omelette, warm fresh grilled bread, cake, fresh fruits, tea, jams, etc etc, so so satisfying! Wifi was super super steady & fast. Such a comfortable bed!

I had a lovely stay at La Smala! I’m the beds were comfortable with a large secure draw under to lock your luggage away. The staff made the stay however as all of them were so kind and friendly, going above and beyond for anything I needed. Especially Mehdi in on the rooftop bar! The breakfast was also delicious. The showers were a lot nicer than I expected, very private and always clean. I’d definitely come back to stay here if I visit in the future.

The view over both beaches of Essaouira and the City is great! The Hostel is in the middle of the Medina, the Restaurant is great (except for some wind). The vibe was amazing and we got to meet lots of travellers in the same situation.

Central location, decently equipped kitchen, lovely staff - always very helpful - the first night I got upgraded to a private room despite booking a dorm and they also prepared us couscous for a friday lunch:) an extra point for the baby cats on the rooftop terrace!

Perfectly yet discreetly located, Giraffe was a pleasant place to stay and relax while in Essaouira. The staff were all busy and cheerful, all more than happy to pause and chat for a while. Bed was actually HEAVENLY. Crisp sheets, comfy mattress, and a quiet shared room of 4. Waking up to a delicious breakfast being cooked was delightful, and the positive and friendly ambience on the rooftop was a top place to start the day, and end the night too!
