The staff was one of a kind and the hostel and location were exceptional. In fact, we quickly decided to extend our stay by an extra night. There were lovely views and the property had several very welcoming outdoor areas to relax. The rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable and we look forward to returning again as we know it will only continue to improve and it already exceeded our expectations. A great place to meet other travelers and explore the area! The view from the rooftop terrace overlooking the palmerie is spectacular. The host (Jamal) will go out of his way to help with anything you need. He gave me a tour of the old medina, arranged a visit to a hammam, and provided directions to visit the Ikalalne Mosque (under restoration and open to tourists). He even helped me get a repair done on my motorcycle and made sure my motorcycle was in a secure parking place! I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is beautiful. The location is ideal to walk to the gorge and for sightseeing around the area. The staff are the most warm and welcoming. They met us at our car to carry our luggage, had a welcome drink with us, and were very responsive and willing to answer our questions.
