The dorm rooms at Hostel Lybeer Bruges feature hypo allergenic bedding and high quality beds. Each room has an individual design and a shared bathroom. They feature parquet flooring and free WiFi. The receptionists were extremely nice. You get a beer token once you check in which you can use to try a local beer for a cheap price at the bar. A coat hanger would have been nice but it wasn't a big deal as I just hung my jacket around the bedpost. Apart from that the room had almost everything you could ask for (individual power outlet and reading lamp, safe for storing items, etc.) and the washrooms were very clean. I get that people complain about there not being enough showers but it's a hostel so either just wait your turn or don't do it when everyone one else wants do and it will be fine. I was also able to leave my backpack in the luggage room until evening free of charge. If I ever come to Bruges again I will gladly return there.

Very good location, in the city center, we enjoyed staying there) you can also rent bicycles for the whole day, it’s amazing to ride it around the city. Even it was the bar downstairs, didn’t hear any noise at night) totally recommending this hostel

Hostel Lybeer Private Rooms just for two! is located in the Historical Centre of Bruges. The accommodation offers newly renovated rooms, daily activities, and 19th century lounge room with a bar were guests can enjoy a drink. It was amazing and so above the standard of a hostel. I will be back

Jeugdherberg De Peerdevisser is located in Oostduinkerke, 39 km from Bruges and 20 km from Ostend. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. Oostduinkerke is one of the only places in the world where fishermen still catch shrimps with a horse. Great location, clean , friendly staff and good value for money

The price-value ratio is just incredible. We had the whole room for ourselves only, and to be honest, that was really perfect. The room has all you need, and if you're not looking for Hilton-kind of facilities, that's an awesome place to stay. Note: Our experience is based on the fact that we took the whole room. If we had someone, maybe our experience would be worse, but in our situation, we paid for the HOSTEL but lived in a HOTEL instead. The location is also great!
