The kitchen has plates, pots, pans, and utensils to prepare your favorite meals. We also have a water heater, a microwave, a bread toaster, and condiments. The bathroom offers 100% cotton towels, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, and toiletries. The bedroom provides a comfortable queen bed, bedding, wardrobe, iron, and ironing board. The rooftop has a fully equipped gym and swimming pool, giving a nearly 300-degree view of the City of Sharjah.

My husband and I have been managing this property since 2016. We fell in love with it the first time we saw it and felt blessed that the former owner chose us over other competing buyers. We enjoy sharing it with our guests but we ask that they respect and treat it like their own. We have Persian rugs in the living/dining rooms and whiter carpets in the bedrooms. We have a few plastic runners, in high-traffic areas to catch any soda or coffee spills. This has happened although one of our House Rules is not to drink or eat in the bedrooms. So the runners help us and the guests from any damage issues that may ensue if we didn't have them

Zakhir Tower 1, where the apartment resides, is in the heart of Sharjah. It’s surrounded by all kinds of services: eateries, grocery stores, ATMs, laundries, barbers, tailors, a pharmacy, and electronic stores, to name but a few. The apartment sits on the 26th floor and has a commanding view of the Sharjah skyline, nearly 180 degrees. Zakhir Tower 1 is also close to the lovely Al Mamzar Beach and short taxi rides to malls (Sharjah City Center, Sahara Center, and Century) and Sharjah Book Expo, a short walk. Dubai is only 20 kilometers away, and Dubai International Airport is 6 kilometers away.
