This breathtaking and spacious apartment is located on the 26th floor in The Residences, a renowned location in the heart of the city, with truly spectacular views of the iconic Burj Khalifa, Dubai Dancing Fountain, Old Town, and the Dubai Mall. The entire living and dining area has ceiling to floor windows showcasing the outstanding skyline and view, as well as a balcony directly facing the Burj. It has 3 bedrooms, a maids room, a kitchen, a dining room, 2 living rooms & 4 bathrooms.

The apartment located in downtown dubai is in an exceptionally sought after area, with direct links to Burj Park, making it extremely convenient with its easy access and close proximity to the Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, Souk Al Bahar, the Boulevard and the Burj. This is truly an experience in the heart of Dubai, only minutes from famed landmarks. You will have 2 parking units which is right next to the lobby.
