This stylish 2 bedroom apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Its located just 10 min walk outside the town centre making it more peaceful and quiet at night. The kitchen has new appliances including a new fridge, oven and a new dishwasher, microwave, toaster , kettle etc The living room has a tv and a brand new a/c which cools the apartment immediately. The best thing in the living room is the door that leads to the balcony. The balcony goes all around the front of the house allowing you to admire the breathtaking views. The apartment has shutters ,that easy open and close, on all windows and balcony doors to help with cancelling out noises and brightness, making it ideal for people who do not like waking up very early in the morning.
We enjoy welcoming guests in our lovely apartment and our aim is to make you feel like home. Happy to help with any questions or concerns you might have. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
The apartment is located between town of Himara and Potami area. Both places are walking distance away. On either side you can find shops ,restaurants , beaches etc The old Castle of Himara is about 10-12 minutes drive but if you prefer walking that’s possible too. This is best time to visit is late afternoon so you can enjoy the wonderful sunset Palermo Castle is another lovely landmark to visit, to drive there it would take about 20 minutes, walking there would be a bit more trickier as there is no pavement.
