Known fondly by everyone as “The Baker Man,” he built a legacy kneaded with passion, warmth, and the comforting scent of freshly baked bread. That legacy continued until 2021, serving generations of locals and visitors alike. Now, in our third generation, we—the Koci family—carry forward the same spirit, but with a new purpose: to host.
