Newly built detached house in Westendorf with a flat and a small nail salon since winter 2023.
In a sunny, quiet, central location with views of the Kitzb?hel Alps mountains.
The gondola lift with direct access to the SkiWelt WilderKaiser Brixental is only a 5-minute walk away, and there is also a bus stop less than 2 minutes away for the direct route to the gondola lift. (Bus timetable is available in the flat)
The village centre and the outdoor swimming pool in summer can also be reached in less than 5 minutes, so no car is needed!
