This completely renovated and stylish apartment in the center of town impresses with elegant terrazzo flooring, blue mosaic tiles in the bathroom, a modern kitchen with a bar, a dining table for four, and a pull-out couch (1.80 x 2m). The artistic look creates a warm, inspiring atmosphere. The French balcony offers views of the quiet residential area and the Schlossberg hill. Top location: A 10-minute walk to the Old Town, with cafés, bars, and a tram just around the corner, perfect for immersing yourself and enjoying life.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential street around 10 minutes by feet from the main square. The technical university and the musical conservatory are very close. You can walk to the city center and the city park within a few minutes. The Herz-Jesu Church is 1 minute walk away and is surrounded by a nice little park.
