The flat is situated in an idyllic hillside location and is only about 1 km away from the village centre. Be it summer or winter - it is the ideal starting point to enjoy nature. The Salvenaland leisure park (large playground, summer toboggan run, mini golf, slides, etc.) and the bathing lake will not only make your children's hearts beat faster. The flat is located in one of the largest connected ski areas, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. The gondola lift is only a few minutes' drive from the house.
