Property info

Holiday apartments – a home away from home For holidaymakers, short-term and long-term stays. Fully furnished apartments from 36 - 48 m2. All apartments equipped with kitchenette, 2 - 4 beds, 32" LCD television, free WiFi, parking space. Laundry room with dryer, storage for bicycles. Recreational rooms and comfortable communication island. Breakfast and wellness facility in cooperation with a local hotel (approx. 400 metres). We recommend the culinary establishments directly in Laaben and the surrounding area.

Neighborhood info

Very quiet location in the Vienna Woods. Excursion destinations, footpaths and hiking trails, tours, mountain bike tours. Summer and winter activities. Near the Schöpfl, the highest elevation in the Vienna Woods. (893 m) 9-hole Wienerwald golf course only a few kilometres away. The storehouse with market is directly opposite and offers fresh groceries every day. Easily accessible, only 7 km to the A1 west motorway. It only takes 30 minutes to get to the capital Vienna and 20 minutes to reach the provincial capital St. Pölten. The bus stop for services to Vienna and Neulengbach is right in front of the building.
