I am a Port Douglas local. I love everything to do with the ocean. Feel free to ask me for any tour recommendations or any local insight to make your holiday perfect. We like to follow the lead of our guests, should you like to meet with us we are here. Otherwise we will leave keys to the lockbox.

Absolute Beachfront Welcome to “Niwaas” , your own little resort style home away from home. Overlooking the Coral Sea from the front veranda, this beautiful home has all you need for a perfect family holiday. Located just across the family friendly cooya beach, Ideal for picnics, wines, sunsets and finishing from the sand.

Neighbourhood information

The Peaceful Cooya beach is located less then 15 min from Port Douglas. This home is on the esplanade, and overlooks the coral sea. Children play equipment on site and a additional public play equipment on the phone a short walk away. Boat ramp is located at the end of the street. Only a 5 min drive to Woolworths, Less then 15 minutes to Port Douglas Car hire is always recommended in FNQ to make the most of your time. However we can organise transfers and car hire.
