Spacious quiet place 5 mins walk to the beautiful Safety Beach. Entire 1st floor of the double story house (owners living upstairs). Separate security entry for guests. Great amenities like Internet, Netflix, laundry, kitchen and outdoor entertainment area. Located in a safe spot with plenty of parking. Great for families, couples, small groups. Heaps of entertainment in the area; Red Hill wineries, breweries, Arthurs Seat, golf courses, bicycle and running tracks, shops, restaurants...
