If you're looking for the ultimate location - Bird Rock Shack has it! Just across the road from Jan Juc Village and 1 street back from Ocean Blvd, there's beach, coffee, food & incredible cliff top walks at your finger tips. You'll love the huge backyard & big sunny deck at our shack. The home is simple & original but super comfy with luxury new beds, bar fridge, BBQ, alfresco dining & a prime, prime, prime location! Enjoy easy beach days, lazy brunches at Swell cafe and the pub over the road. Pet friendly! The home is single story, with steps down to the garden from the back deck. It's original but super clean, comfy & cosy! It comprises of: - 2 x king bedrooms (both with smart TVs) - 1 x bunk room (with double on the bottom) - 1 x bathroom with a shower - 1 x separate toilet - open plan living, dining & kitchen - laundry with washer & dryer - Large deck with dining table, BBQ & undercover bar fridge - Large back garden with lots of lawn to play on! Located just across the rd from the Juc Village where you will find; the wonderful Swell Cafe, Jan Juc pub, fish and chip shop & Bird Rock dining. The cliff top walk is located just 150 meters away where you can walk all the way to Bells Beach and beyond - take in the stunning views! Guests have access to everything - apart from one section of a wardrobe which is locked. All linen and towels are included in the clean fee (no beach towels however) There is an aldi coffee pod machine at the home if guests wish to bring pods.
