Front door is wheelchair accessible. Large canal view tea/coffee room upstairs with beautiful sunrise. Comfortable lockable private rooms with wardrobe and ceiling fan. Shared bathroom & toilet, with anti-slip bath mat & handrails. *Perfect location for visitors wanting to enjoy the delights of beautiful Bribie. The Banksia Beach shopping center just across road, walk minus to beach parks. Close to bowls club, tennis club, golf club, bird sanctuary, public transport, Bribie Island Community Arts Centre, and beautiful sunsets over Pumicestone Channel and beaches. Guests are welcome to use the tea/coffee room, make a cup of tea or coffee for yourself & enjoy the canal view, or use the kitchen including appliances, dining & living area. The host respects your privacy, always available by email/phone/in-person to help. Note: *Aircon are installed in sitting/dinner/kitchen area & tea/coffee room. Bedrooms are only equipped ceiling fan. *2-bedroom share the bathroom and toilet. *Please no party at any time and keep noise to a minimum ofter 10pm. *Only registered guests may stay overnight. *Smoking is not allowing inside. *We love animals, but this pace is pet-free to keep it allergy-friendly for all guests. *Share tea/coffee room, kitchen, dining & living area with a very quiet host. *No linens & toiletries provided from 15th day for stay more than 14 days. *AUD50 cash charges if lost key.
The host is a friendly retired scientist and always happy to help and respect your privacy. She drove alone a lap of Australia, and drove alone from Adelaide to Darwin. After travelled all Australia and China, she retired and settled on Bribie Island, a beautiful place where every day feels like a holiday. she published some travelling videos at her we chat channel.
