A relaxing getaway awaits you at Eugarie Guesthouse, a quiet self contained private access Hamptons style Guesthouse. Located only a short 250m walk to the picturesque Marcoola/Mount Coolum Beach, close enough to hear the ocean from your bedroom! The Guesthouse is just a short leisurely stroll to the delicious Messy Hen Cafe, newly opened Sole Restaurant, and the stalwart of the area; the Marcoola Beach Surf Club, where you can enjoy some live music and an ocean view meal.

The beachside community of the Town of Seaside on Marcoola Beach certainly got people talking when it was first established some time ago and it continues to prosper with the recent addition of several impressive developments including the luxury White Shells apartments. The Town of Seaside ‘s carefully planned layout, traditional beach house designs and community feel reflect the all-American beach town of Seaside along the northwest coast of Florida , on which the local namesake was based. Residents and local businesses such as the popular Sole Restaurant and Messy Hen Cafe, enjoy the quaint village feel. There are very few places on the Sunshine Coast that enjoy beach frontage without having to contend with busy roads and that’s what makes the Town of Seaside such an excellent and safe location. It is a thriving village which is ideally located close to shops, restaurants, the airport and the Maroochydore business hub, and yet when you can walk out of your front door and onto a pristine beach, the tranquillity is astounding.
