Spacious Master bedroom with staycation vibe. Block out curtains with Venetians. Tastefully appointed ensuite with free standing bath. With private shower and toilet. Walk in wardrobe. Lots of storage. Wood heater, air conditioner in living room. 85 in flat screen tv. With streaming Netflix, Binge and Stan. Stone island bench with 3 bar stools. Functional walk in pantry. Electric wall oven and induction cook top. North facing under cover alfresco area with outdoor lounge. Laundry from the kitchen has an air pump dryer and front loading washing machine. Clothesline is accessed directly outside the laundry door. Secured fenced perimeters with two pedestrian gates.
We live from time to time in the back end of our house. And use the kitchen, laundry and lounge when home. If home we generally keep to ourselves. We like our privacy.
Quite suburban street only 1.5 kms from main Stratford street. With IGA, chemist, bakery, butchers fuel station in the main street. Plus three cafes, a restaurant and pub along the Main Street too.
