The Pilon Family have ran the historic Paragon cafe in Wyalong since 2005 and parents have also Ran the same business in the 90', The Family Decided to renovate the historic apartment and turn such a beautiful building into a special style accommodation in West Wyalong, where breakfast and any meal of the day can be provided as room service from the cafe down stairs
