Nestled in Echuca's thriving Port Precinct between both the Campaspe and Murray River is this modern classy two-bedroom townhouse. This two storey townhouse comprises of a stylish spacious kitchen with dishwasher & 900 cooker, meals and living area which opens onto a private courtyard, large entry/study, toilet & Euro laundry on the first level.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms both with Built in robes & their own ensuites. The master bedroom with a bath in the ensuite & a good size balcony, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.
This amazing location screams lifestyle being only a 1 minute walk from Echuca's fantastic cafés, restaurants, hotels & the Historic Port of Echuca.
