Rothbury Downs is just a few kilometres off the Hunter Valley expressway, surrounded by wineries and natural bushland. Nearby Lovedale Road and Wine Country Drive provide easy access to the Hunters most popular destinations with transport available at the front door to concerts and music festivals. The popular Hunter Valley Gardens are just 11mins away allowing guests to enjoy the Christmas Lights Spectacular or take a ride in a hot air balloon.
