Tanglewood House was originally build in 1906 and has been modernized over the last few years to feature 3 different guest offerings.
The Master Suite, The Maids Quarters and the Manor Room.
Situated in the heart of Sheffield, the town of Murals. Cosy & luxurious, the accommodation is the perfect place for couples to stay when exploring NW Tasmania, within easy walking distance of cafes, shops, pub & restaurants. Continental breakfast provisions are supplied with home-made goodies from locally sourced Tasmanian products where possible.
Note that children (including infants) are not permitted.
Master Suite is luxurious and spacious accommodation with a king-size bed and combined living area with lounge and Smart TV (with Netflix) and a large ensuite with spa bath and separate shower. Although located within the main house all rooms within the Master Suite are for the exclusive Master Suite guest use only. Guests also enjoy exclusive use of the veranda with views over the formal English gardens.
Bedding in the Master Suite is one King bed that can be converted into 2 singles on request at the time of booking.
The Maid's Quarters is a fully renovated, 1 bedroom accommodation located separately behind Tanglewood House.
Access to all accommodation offerings is via a key safe through a private entrance.
An EV charging station is located nearby near the Visitor Information Centre.
