This is a lovely TWO storey fully self contained unit which is ideally located close to CBD of Tumut. Also has a sister unit right next door "Blue Wren Cottage" so ideal for two families or friends or co-workers to stay together but separate. Nice and quiet and secluded as do not front street, but tucked away so no traffic noise. 5minute walk to shops, coffee and pubs, the Historical Museum just across the road, as is KFC, Coles Supermarket 3 minute walk.
