Privately owned apartment within the "Chateau Beachside Resort", located right at the heart of Surfers Paradise on the Esplanade. Only a few meters from the beach, restaurants and bars. Enjoy the refreshing sea view with the sound of the waves high up on the 16th floor. This small but cosy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is equipped with a small fridge, kitchen, induction cooktop, air conditioning ,microwave, TV and WiFi. The Juliette balcony (no walking platform) is equipped with two large glass sliding doors, letting in the wonderful sea breeze and allowing you to enjoy the amazing view in comfort from the lounge room.
Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise which is lively and bustling in the evenings. Just a couple of streets away from Cavill Avenue.
