This 1 Bedroom unit is beautifully furnished with all the essential amenities. The bedroom has a queen bed and study desk, the lounge area has a lounge and dining table, the kitchen has a fridge, oven and microwave. the unit contains reverse cycle air conditioning, TV, WIFI and a small patio area. located in a central location, a short walking distance to oaklands park train station and marion shopping centre as well as the swimming centre, a coles and the warradale hotel
just minutes walk away from oaklands park train station as well as marion shopping and swimming centre.
Also next door is a supermarket and the very classy warradale hotel
