Strictly no parties or events! The “Pretty Beach House” is a family home, perfectly positioned just over 1km to Scarborough beach, or, Trigg beach. 20km to Perth CBD. Meticulously maintained 3 x 2 family home has been beautifully renovated and ready for you to relish in all that it has to offer! Boasting open plan living, dining and kitchen area that seamlessly integrates the outdoors and two queen size and one king size bed - for six guests. Backyard an entertainers delight, crank up BBQ and/or pizza oven, grab a drink, relax!

Quite family friendly area, close to beach, parks, Karrinyup shopping centre and all amenities. Strictly no parties or events.
