Location was good with excellent view. Level 37 of high rise building. Tram stop just outside . Apartment had good facilities including washing machine and good kitchen facilities.

Please avoid contacting building staff to maintain access to amenities, as we operate independently from the building management Note: Any drug paraphernalia left behind, guests will be charged of the full bond amount. Any leftover belongings is under guests' responsibility, we will keep it for up to 3 days and dispose after. Guest should be responsible for the pick up and other costs.

Located on the 37th floor of the Main Point building, this stylish 2-bedroom apartment offers stunning city views and modern amenities. With a private balcony, comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests, and access to a lap pool and gym, it’s the perfect base for exploring Southbank. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and an additional sofa bed can be set up for extra 2 guests. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, centralized cooling and heating system, WiFi, washer/dryer, and fresh linens. Enjoy secure parking, fast Wi-Fi, and a prime location near Melbourne’s top attractions. Ideal for families, groups, or business travelers. Basic necessities such as body wash, shampoo, and coffee pods are provided. Parking is available on-site. We require guests to accomplish their online guest portal for further confirmation of their identify (upload VALID ID and sign rental agreement). For guests staying longer (28+ nights), mid-stay cleanings are required. [NOTE: during mid stay cleanings, it's "only cleaning", no linens/towels change or refills. Mid stay cleanings are required to check the property's condition as well. This may be done atleast 2 times depending on the length of stay.] For stays of 7+ nights, a deep cleaning fee applies. For stays of 7 nights or fewer, an extra cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is needed. Fees vary based on cleaning time. There's a Metro Woolworths Supermarket beside the building for convenient shopping. Only 1 set of keys are given, please manage your expectations. Please note that this property operates as a short stay rental and may exhibit minor wear and tear due to regular usage. This is a private apartment in a residential building, not a hotel room. The keys are collected from a nearby convenience store within walking distance. The check-in and check-out process is self-service.
