Located in a historic neighborhood of Ribeirão da Ilha, it is the birthplace of oyster farms and home to Florianópolis’ most beloved culinary route. An exclusive retreat for unforgettable moments! Ribeirão da Ilha is home to a series of charming, small beaches with coarse sand and calm, clear waters — perfect for relaxing, taking day trips, or simply enjoying the laid-back coastal vibe. The area is famous across Brazil for its oyster farming, with more than half of the country’s oysters cultivated in these tranquil, turquoise waters just offshore. Along the coastline, you'll find a variety of excellent seaside restaurants, many of which specialize in seafood — especially oysters, served fresh in countless mouthwatering ways. If you’re a fan of oysters, this is paradise.
