Welcome to Canada’s Birthplace, Annapolis Royal Nova Scotia The Lark & Loon now awaits your arrival. Enjoy life in the seaside town of Annapolis Royal and stay in this Landmark Heritage Home which offers four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Built in 1890 offers 4,400 sq. ft of Historic luxury. This High Victorian style home is historically plaqued. Updated to include the luxuries of a modern home while preserving the home's character. The spectacular ambiance is highlighted with environmentally friendly and efficient propane fireplaces . Your breakfast will be prepared in a bright chef’s kitchen and served in a formal dining room, double parlors and massive entry complete the downstairs. In addition to all the second level guest space there is a "minstrels gallery" at the top of the ornate main staircase. Our home is air conditioned for a cool summer stay. For fair weather enjoyment there is a screened in porch. Walk or cycle to every imaginable town amenity or while away the afternoon in the light and airy, warm and welcoming Lark & Loon in historic Annapolis Royal. Take a leisurely stroll and watch for the Inns name sake a Lark or listen for the call of a Loon.
The Lark and Loon in Annapolis Royal so welcomes visitors from around the World. Come to Annapolis Royal and we will experience this wonderful Community together starting with a great home cooked breakfast. The Heritage of Annapolis Royal is steeped in the story and growth of our Country with many activities and Story Tellers to help you appreciate where Canada started. What guests do best here is leave their fast paced life behind and enjoy the serenity and beauty of the area. Kevin and Lesley have an extensive history in customer service. Although we "come from away", we fully embrace all the Annapolis Royal has to offer our guests. When you walk through our home, you will see many pottery pieces hand crafted by Kevin. Our wish is to give every guest an experience that they will fondly look back on.
