This flat is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Lugano-Castagnola. Breathtaking views over the Gulf of Lugano and San Salvatore. Living/dining room with 2 wardrobe beds (90/200 cm) Kitchenette, Nespresso machine, American coffee machine, toaster. Bathroom/WC with bathtub and hairdryer Table and chairs on the terrace
It's a real pleasure to welcome people from all over the world. I also love to travel. Low season, check-in from 13.00 hrs. High season, check-in from 15:00 Departure 10:00 am We kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival time. Tourist tax to be paid in cash on arrival: 3.25 CHF / person / night Reserved parking 16 CHF/night (subject to availability) A cash deposit of Chf. 300 will be required on arrival.
8 minutes on foot from San Michele Park and 15 minutes from the Monte Brè cable car. Excellent starting point for hiking or mountain biking. The lake is 15 minutes away, the tennis court and swimming pool are 20 minutes away. Restaurants and pizzerias are also within walking distance. With the bus no. 10 which is in front of the house you reach the bus stop of the bus 2 which takes you to the city in 10 minutes. The pharmacy is 2 stops away and the main shops are 6 stops away in about 5 minutes.
