Bienvenido a R10! This house has a lot of history, and we want to write a new chapter on it. Usually during the students period we rent the rooms to exchange students and on the off season we open the doors for everyone to come in. So suit yourself, "sientase como en casa" and enjoy your time in our city and our amazing country.
We are Juan and Alejandro (management), although you might also meet Jacquie and Doña Olga (cleaning), Jair (mainteinance) or Raúl (janitor). We are a young and small company, so we like to keep connected with our guests.
La Candelaria is the oldest neighborhood in Bogotá, so it has a lot of history and the biggest part of the culture of the city. It is the epicenter of museums, libraries, restaurants, cultural landmarks and music. There's allways something to do around the corner, so the neighborhood is very vivo.
