Welcome to Santa Filomena – Mindelo’s new luxury district, just a short walk from the famous Laginha Beach. Our modern 3-bedroom apartment offers comfort, style and breathtaking views of the ocean, the beach and Monte Cara. Each bedroom has air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and panoramic views of the sea or the mountains. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated and features a large flat-screen TV and fast free Wi-Fi. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and all essentials for self-catering. A washing machine is also available. The building offers a lift, 24/7 security and plenty of free parking. A swimming pool is under construction, and within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find a gym and several cafés. Guests receive their keys personally from the host or from the security staff upon arrival. A baby cot is available on request. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Please note: the surrounding area is still developing and can be lively at times. An ideal choice for travellers seeking luxury, views and comfort within walking distance of the beach and Mindelo’s vibrant city life.

Santa Filomena is one of Mindelo’s newest and most desirable areas. It’s a safe and modern neighbourhood with beautiful views of the ocean and the iconic Monte Cara. Just an 8–10 minute walk away is Laginha Beach, São Vicente’s most popular beach — perfect for swimming, sunbathing or enjoying a drink by the sea. Nearby you’ll find cafés, local restaurants and a gym. Mindelo’s colourful city centre, with its markets, live music and relaxed island vibe, is just a short distance away. Attractions such as the harbour, Centro Cultural do Mindelo and Baía das Gatas are easy to reach. The area is still developing and full of local energy — ideal for guests who value comfort, views and authentic Cape Verdean charm.
