I will be reachable by phone at any time. I live nearby and will be personally present for the recording. I work for accommodation as a property manager, mainly dealing with communication and reservations. The owner will be on site during your stay, but he only speaks Portuguese or Dutch.

The price mentioned in the listing corresponds to a room with 1 double bed OR 2 single beds. If you prefer a different one, we will adjust the price upon request. In the case of booking an apartment, the price is determined based on the number of rooms used (T2, T3, or T4). We automatically allocate 2 persons per room. For example, a reservation for 4 persons corresponds to a T2 apartment with 2 double rooms.
