My family and I have been living on the island from 2005. We look forward to welcoming you and share with you our experience and knowledge of this paradise, to make your stay more enjoyable and memorable.

Property information

My family friendly apartment is new having recently undergone extensive renovations. While being in the heart of the tourist area the apartment enjoys a quiet location. Private parking is available adjacent to the building. Amenities: Samsung smart TV, Apple TV and Free WiFi are all provided. The apartment has a specious terrace with a canopy from the living room side. The new kitchen is fully fitted with all necessary appliances. All rooms are equipped with AC's that can be used for heating or cooling. Free standing fan is also provided. Both bedrooms are light and airy and come with large fitted wardrobes. If necessary we can provide two fold-up beds to accommodate two additional sleeping places (total 5 people). We provide you with bed linen, bath and beach towels, starter pack of toilet paper, soap, and shower gels. The hot water is supplied via solar panels. We speak English and Russian. Airport transfers (meet & greet) can be arranged. Paphos airport is 45 euros. Larnaca airport is 120 euros.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is conveniently located close to the Kings Mall & main tourist attractions such as famous UNESCO world heritage site of Kings mosaics, Paphos Harbour, Faros Beach, Lighthouse, restaurants and Bar street, all within a walking distance. No car necessary. The main bus route and bus stops are just outside the complex with easy access to a Coral Bay, Vardas and Coralia Beach and further to Paphos Zoo.
