Two floors apartment (Town House), including a garden, terrace, parking, and a strong Internet/WIFI, just by the pool. Well decorated, renovated, wide and super comfortable for families and couples, for a wonderful vacation in the center of Universal Paphos! Two big bedrooms are on the second floor, with a Queen bed and two single beds, smart TV and a balcony facing the pool with a seating area, ideal for a morning coffee! Comfortable and modern shower with hot water and toilets are just between the rooms. On the ground floor, a modern and fully equipped kitchen – with everything you need to make yourself a perfect meal! The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa, and a wide smart TV. The big window door will lead you to the apartment's private beautiful garden with a perfect view to the pool. Another restroom is available on the ground floor, including a washing machine for your free use. The complex pool is just a few meters away from the garden's gate! On hot summer days you are welcome to refresh, eat, work and enjoy beside the pool. Even the small children can enjoy the pool, thanks to the children's pool in the center of the complex. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing and sunloungres. The apartment located in Paradise Gardens 1 – well maintained, quite complex, including a big pool and children's pool in its center. Maintained daily by cleaning and pruning. 3 minute walk to the nearest tavern and mini-market. The main bar and restaurant area is a 10 minute walk and the beach a 15 minute walk. Enjoy your stay in Paphos at Rachel suite! Fully renovated (October 22).
