Hi, my name is Marco, one of the four owners. We focus on quality, efficiency, and availability to meet our guests’ needs. Our apartments are all located in the city center close to major places of tourist interest and surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartments are equipped with comfort and high-quality Italian furnishings, in order to allow you to spend a pleasant stay. Our neighborhood is very central: 800 meters far from Old Town Square, 200 meters from Municipal House, Powder Tower, and the Palladium mall; is a 15 minutes walk to Ponte Carlo, 10 minutes to Venceslav Square, and 5 minutes to the vibrant area of Dlouha, full of bars and restaurants. Also river Moldava is a just 5 minutes walk. You can find the metro station (Nam. Republiky) and a lot of tram stops within 300 meters. There is no free of charges parking. The parking costs from 27 to 40 euros per day
