!!! IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION FOR WINTER SEASON !!! As the house is situated in hills, about 560 m altitude, there are some important information about getting there in winter time. The house is about 500 m from the main road. This last part is sort of farm road down the steep hill which is basically cured by the village, but is still difficult to get there in winter, even in case of normal snow situation, without 4x4 car or snow chains. So, we inform our guests they must be prepared and also we recomend to evaluate your driving skills on the snow down and up the hill. So, please, do not underestimate our recommendation. There is also possibility to leave your car up the hill and walk to the cottage (approx. 400 m).
!!! WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE !!! Bedclothes are included, but you should have your own towels. Wood for fire place is also included. There is only extra fee 8 CZK/kWh for electricity power in accordance with electric meter, so you pay exactly what you consume. In accordance with individual agreement there is an extra fee 50 CZK/day for your pet.
About 5 km from the challet is the district town of Šumperk with all civic amenities, 5 km is the smaller town Hanusovice. The surroundings of the cottage are quiet, the nearest main road and public transport bus stop are approximately 500 m away, right behind the cottage there are forests and views of the surrounding area. The nearest restaurants can be found in Šumperk or Hanušovice. Less than 2 km from the challet, you can walk to the picturesque ruins of the medieval New Castle. Free wifi is available for our guests in the cottag, but we inform that as the location of the house is in pure nature, the perception in unstable. The same for the mobile phones. The entire cottage is NON-SMOKING, INCLUDING THE TERRACE, smoking is allowed only outside.
