The stylish, spacious house is particularly suitable for guests who enjoy a lot of space, for groups and families. The facility is nicely designed and of high quality. The house is spacious, quiet and versatile. A shared garden and a terrace are available. The bus stop can be reached in less than 1min. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, stationery, post office, bank and pharmacy can be reached in 5 minutes by foot.

We send you the "User's Manual" for the house so that you can make your stay comfortable, pleasant and safe. We have put a lot of effort into making the house a beautiful place where you will feel comfortable and hope that you will treat the house with the same respect that you would your own home.
Tübingen is a very attractive city and offers a diverse range of cultural, tourist and culinary options Possibilities. The best way to reach the city center is to take the bus from the bus stop Tübingen / Get off with line 1 or line 22 in about 15 minutes. Parking in the city best possible in Neckarparkhaus. The house is located in a residential area in Tübingen-Lustnau. You can find a supermarket, butcher, baker, pharmacy, kiosk with post office and DHL and other smaller shops in the “Lustnauer Zentrum” shopping center, about 7 minutes on foot. There is a playground right next to the Dorfackerschule, about a 3-minute walk from the house.
