The luggage room and wellness area can be used by guests both before and after check-in and check-out.

Please note that the surcharge for bringing a pet is EUR 17 per night, pets are not allowed in the spa area or the restaurant.

Guests are advised to book spa treatments in advance of their arrival.

Please note that the city tax only applies for guests aged 18 and above.

Please note that towels and bed linen are given to each room only once upon arrival. Additional towels, bed linen and daily cleanings can be booked for additional costs upon arrival.

Guests traveling with children are kindly asked to inform the property the number and age of children they are traveling with in the special request box at the time of booking.

Please inform the property in advance if you will arrive after 18:00. A check-in can only be accommodated until 24:00.

Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden in rooms, but is allowed on balconies. If you smoke in your room, you will set off a fire alarm and charges will be applicable.

The saunas and the gym can only be used by guests aged 18 years or over. Swimwear is not permitted in the saunas (nudity is compulsory).

There is a family sauna located in the pool area on the ground floor. This is accessible to adults and children. Swimwear is compulsory in the family sauna (nudity is not permitted).

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
