Set at the foot of the Wendelstein mountain, in the German Alps, this 4-star hotel offers a beautiful mountainous landscape, delicious restaurants, an indoor pool and excellent spa facilities. The Alpenhof provides cosy rooms which have been tastefully furnished in a traditional Alpine style. Guests at the Alpenhof enjoy free use of the (12 x 6 metre) swimming pool with its lounge area and direct access to the garden and sun terrace which offer a view of the Alps. The Alpenhof also boasts a brand new fitness centre. The sauna, steam room and shower grotto can also be used for free, and the solarium is available for a surcharge. The Alpenhof is also a good base for exploring the Bavarian lakes, and guests can take a boat trip on the nearby Tegernsee and Schliersee lakes. Located between Munich and Kitzbühel, the Alpenhof is an ideal base for outdoor leisure activities all year round. Depending on the season, guests can go hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, climbing, downshill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing, snowshoe hiking and tobogganing.
