Newly renovated apartment in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Private parking and outdoor seating. Located almost directly on the river, bike path, and hiking trailhead. 250 DSL high-speed internet.
I wanted to do something new with my house since I live in a mobile home and renovated the apartment with a lot of love and respect to offer guests in Haßmersheim affordable accommodation.
There are restaurants within walking distance in the neighborhood, a butcher's shop, and a Rewe supermarket at the edge of town. Bowling, Penny, and Lidl are within an 8-kilometer radius. The Neckarsteig hiking trail is accessible from the apartment. The bike path and the Neckar promenade, ideal for dog walks and water sports, are just 50 meters away.
