This stylish 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath strategically located in Cap Cana near restaurants, shopping, exclusive beaches and other amenities is the perfect get-a-way for a peaceful weekend trip or extended vacation. Family friendly and only a 10-15 minute commute to the Punta Cana Airport. ***Renters must provide copy of their passports or ID for all adults that will be staying in our Condo PRIOR to arriving so that we can provide a pass (QR code) into Cap Cana, Send info / pix through BOOKING Messages otherwise you can't gain access to our condo or Cap Cana and you won't be able to gain the access code to the condo door***

located within walking distance to bakery shop, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket, liquor store, pharmacy, banks, hospital clinic, rental cars, FEDEX / UPS / DHL, hardware store, furniture store. Few minutes by car to more shopping, restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores, marina, exclusive beaches and restaurants. Only 10-15 minute drive to/from Punta Cana International airport. There is a dedicated parking, space B303 for one guest vehicle. Lots of amenities are located within walking distance. Elevator is available. Golf carts are available for rent from the rental car agency located steps away from the condo in the nearby shopping plaza.
