Es una hermosa y moderna suite en la planta baja de una casa de tres pisos, esto facilita el acceso a personas con dificultad en subir gradas. Estamos ubicados en el centro histórico de la ciudad y cerca de todo, como el museo del banco Central, la calle Larga conocida por su vida nocturna, cerca del Río Tomebamba que divide al centro histórico de la parte moderna de la ciudad y a sólo pasos de la avenida Huayna Capac que conecta a toda la ciudad.
