Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in the spa.
Children from 4 to11 years can use the spa only at children´s time (saturday and sunday 10.00h to 11.00h).
The spa is open from 10:00 until 18:00 from Tuesday to Friday, from 10:00 to 20:00 Saturday, and on Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00, Monday is closed. Spa entry and treatments must be booked in advance.
Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival, the credit cardholder must be present upon arrival.
All reservations with a stay on December 31st, include the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.
La Palapa is now a Snack Bar that opens only in high season
The kids' club or mini club is open all year round from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without a monitor, children can use it always under the supervision of their parents.
Children's entertainment is only available in summer from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from June 15 to September 10, children from 4 to 12 years old can enjoy it, always under the supervision of their parents.
