Property information

Spacious and bright apartment with partial sea views and capacity for up to 4 people. This accommodation, which is just a few metres from the beach, has 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with a single bed, a living room with a sofa-bed, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is WIFI Internet connection throughout the house. Ideal for a holiday with family or friends. The accommodation has a communal swimming pool and the beach is just a few steps away. Very close to the residential you can find numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Its location, just a few kilometres from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, makes it perfect for a shopping trip to the capital. Or even as a starting point for numerous excursions around the island.

Neighbourhood information

Las Caletillas is an area belonging to the municipality of Candelaria and is almost connected to it by the seafront promenade. Along the promenade, next to the sea, there are plenty of restaurants where you can eat good fresh fish, bars and cafés where you can stop and admire the coves, beaches and piers.
