The Can Brugada single-family house has two apartments: the charming apartment Can Brugada located on the ground floor and the charming apartment l'Estany on the upper floor. The house is surrounded by a 500 square meter garden . The vehicle can be parked inside the property. The charming apartment Can Brugada is originally decorated with restored furniture and author paintings. Equipped with two bedrooms, the Ditxosa Anna room with a 150 cm bed and two 105 cm wide beds in the Tintin room, with viscoelastic mattresses and pillows, for enjoy the rest you deserve. It has two full bathrooms. Living room with TV with AMAZON PRIME VIDEO, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and fridge. THE OVEN FROM UNDER THE KITCHEN. AND THE FIREPLACE ARE NOT OPERATING. THERE IS AN OVEN ON THE COUNTER TOP. Exit to the with pergola, tables, chairs and barbecue, where you can enjoy lunch and dinner in spring and summer. It is a space completely restored by two creatives, Anna and Xavi, located in a natural environment with fruit trees available to the traveler, where children can play safely.
