Property information

Great and elegant villa in Andratx, surrounded by mountains and forest, and with private swimming pool. It can accommodate 10 people. Get ready to enjoy your vacation in a Mallorcan style within a quiet and completely natural environment. The chlorine pool is in a great terrace on the lowest level of the property after some steps. It sizes 9 x 4.5 metres and its water depth goes from 1 to 2.1 metres. The pool is surrounded by 10 sun loungers where you can sunbathe. Keep in mind that it is only available from 1st April to 31st October. You can cook the delicious family meals on the barbecue and enjoy them at the terrace alfresco, the perfect scenery for a long banquet. The porch, however, is cosier and more intimate, where you can read a book or chat with your loved ones while admiring the views to the town. The property is fenced and there are no neighbours around. The house comprises two floors and each of the rooms is decorated in the typical Mallorcan warmth. On the main floor, you can lie on the sofa of the living room and watch the TV-Sat, enjoying the charm of the fireplace when it's cold outside. The dining room has a great wooden table and majestic chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob as well as all needed utensils to cook your best recipes. In addition, the laundry provides you with a washing machine, a dryer, the vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board; it is in the terrace. Then you gain access to a bedroom with two twin beds, closet and space for baby cot. The high chair also is available. Going upstairs you find 4 more bedrooms, 3 of them with a closet. Two have a double bed and the other two have two single beds. One of the double bed dormitories also has an en-suite bathroom with a tub. And there are two more bathrooms on this floor, one with a shower and the other with a tub. The house is equipped with oil central heating and we can prepare up to 6 fans for the summer.
