Welcome to this charming country house on the outskirts of Llucmajor. It has a private pool and capacity for 4 people. In the exterior of this wonderful country house you can relax after a day visiting the island. The above-ground chlorine pool measures 7.5 x 3.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.10 to 1.90 meters. The area is completed with sun loungers to bask in the sun, a ping pong table for a bit of fun, a barbecue area to taste delicious grilled meats and vegetables and plenty of space to unwind with the greatest privacy. The single-storey house offers a rustic and cosy style. The large living-dining-kitchen area is equipped with satellite TV, AC, fireplace, table for 4 and gas cooker and oven. To relax you will find 3 bedrooms with wardrobe and A/C. One has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two have a single bed each. There is another bathroom with bathtub in the house. In the accommodation you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Lastly, a cot and high chair will be at your disposal if you are travelling with your baby.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located among fields with great privacy. Llucmajor is about 7 km away, a Majorcan town with deep-rooted traditions where you will also find all the necessary services for your stay. Moreover, the most wonderful beaches on the island, such as sa Ràpita, Cala Pi or es Trenc, are very close.
