Please note that the elevator only goes to the third floor. For guests staying on the fourth floor you must take the stairs up to the fourth floor.

A damage deposit of € 400 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
