It consists of a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely shower room. The apartment is air-conditioned. Self-check-in is possible. Antibes' old town is pedestrianized. The nearest parking is "La Poste" The living room opens onto the Place Nationale and its restaurants, an extension of the apartment which will offer you an ideal space to share your sunny lunches or have an aperitif. ## Guest access All spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask tenants on each arrival to take care of the premises. ## The neighborhood Located in the heart of the Old Town, Place Nationale, the apartment is 150 meters from the Marche Provençal, 250 meters from the Picasso Museum, and 300 meters from the Parking de la Poste. Gravette beach is less than 500 meters away, and Ponteil beach is less than one km away. The apartment has a magnificent view of the Place Nationale, bustling with restaurants and passers-by, which hosts the second-hand market twice a week. Go down for an ice cream, take a walk in the old town or go get croissants or pissaladière on the square.
